  • Owners orbeneficial owners are required to subscribe, by building, to the above statement not later than January 31st  of the year following the completion of the construction work;
  • Building permit;
  • Permitto inhabit;
  • Copy of thebuilding regulations issued by real estate office (in the case of condominiums);
  • Justifications for theuse of the building.
